Graduation Year: 2026- 2027

Description:  A highly competitive  team in our girls club program consisting of the 2026 and 2027 graduation year. Players will receive accelerated coaching through our high school preparatory practices designed to rapidly advance skill sets. Our unmatched training coupled with participating in the nation's leading lacrosse events, gives our athletes the opportunity to develop to their full potential while preparing them for high school lacrosse.

Tryouts:  This team is formed from an open tryout in September. Tryout registration will begin in July. Players selected from this tryout will travel the following summer. For current team availability please call 513-562-7331.

Madi Gilmore is in her 5th year coaching with the Velocity program. She also has been a part of the Mason High School coaching staff for 7 seasons and is currently in her 6th season as JV head coach.

Gilmore played at Mason High School as an attacker and earned many accolades during her 4 years including being awarded captain her Junior and Senior year. She graduated from Miami University (OH) in 2015 with her bachelor's degree in Architecture and a minor in Entrepreneurship. She currently works downtown Cincinnati for an Architectural firm as well as travels and plays on the Cincinnati Queens Women's lacrosse team.

Madi’s favorite part about coaching summer lacrosse is sharing her passion with her players and making memories throughout the summer. She is constantly working to motivate and connect with young athletes through communication, example and support.

Kaylnn graduated from Philadelphia University in 2012 with a major in Fashion Merchandising and a minor in Finance.  As a varsity student-athlete for four years she was named CACC All-Academic team each year.  Kaylnn graduated Summa cum Laude and was inducted into the Business School’s National Honor Society in 2010.
Kaylnn started playing lacrosse when she was in 8th grade.  While at Lakota West Kaylnn helped to take her team to the state tournament her senior year.  After become state runner up in the tournament Kalynn was named to the All-tournament team. Throughout high school Kalynn competed with multiple travel teams to gain exposure.
In the spring of 2008 Kaylnn started at Philadelphia University as a freshman.  Over the four years playing there she became more involved in the team and was named captain her junior and senior year.   Starting as a center taking drawls she gradually found her spot as a low attacking becoming a high scorer for the team.  Ending the year with 134 goals, 35 assist, 65 ground balls and 82 drawl controls Kaylnn was the third highest scorer for her team.
After graduation Kalynn relocated back to West Chester and started working as a merchandiser for JCPenney. This is Kaylnn's 7th year coaching in the Velocity program.
