Graduation Year: 2024
Description: A highly competitive team in our girls club program consisting of the 2024 graduation year. Players will receive accelerated coaching through our high school preparatory practices designed to rapidly advance skill sets. Our unmatched training coupled with participating in the nation's leading lacrosse events, gives our athletes the opportunity to develop to their full potential while preparing them for high school lacrosse.
Tryouts: This team is formed from an open tryout in September. Tryout registration will begin in July. Players selected from this tryout will travel the following summer.

This is Lindsey's 5th season coaching for Velocity. Lindsey recently graduated from division I , Mercer University in Macon, GA where she was a 4 year athlete.
Mercer University Division I Women’s Lacrosse (August, 2014 - Present) - Lindsey was a 4-year captain and helped to lead her team as a new program into an A-SUN conference contender in just 4 years. As a midfielder, she led the conference was recognized 2nd nationally in Assists per Game. With 2/3rds of the season complete she has 42goals, 41 assists for 83 points. She is Mercer’s career leader in points, (194), goals (101) and assists (93).
Sophomore Year - Led the team with 33 goals, 28 assists for 61 points. Became the first player in program history to reach 100 career points. Ranked third in the league and 34th nationally in total assists and third in the ASUN and 33rd nationally in assists per game (1.56). Finished the year fourth in the conference and 48th nationally with 3.39 points per game. Named to the ASUN All-Conference Team and ASUN All-Academic Team.
Freshman Year - Named both a Second Team All-Atlantic Sun and Atlantic Sun Freshman Team selection. Led Mercer with 50 points and 24 assists, while ranking second on the team with 26 goals.
Mason High School (Graduated May, 2014) -- 2014 First Team All-American, All-State & All District First Team. Helped her team to an appearance in the state championship semi-finals. Graduated Summa Cum Laudi.
Lindsey played for Velocity Lacrosse during her summers in high school and credits her Velocity coaches (Natalie Starvaggi-Lang and Sara Kuhlman) for helping and encouraging her to improve her lacrosse skills and pursue playing lacrosse in college.
This is Kate’s 1st season coaching for Velocity. She recently graduated from Wheeling Jesuit University in Wheeling, WV where she was a 4 year athlete. Wheeling Jesuit is a Division II Lacrosse program in which Kate has plays both as a midfielder and an attacker. Her freshman year at WJU she was on the Mountain East Conference’s All-Freshman Team. During her debut season she had eight goals, eight caused turnovers, and 14 draw controls.
Sophomore year Kate appeared in all 17 games and finished six goals. Her junior year she finished fourth on the team with 16 goals and have five multi-goal games. She also finished second on her team in assists with eight.

Kate graduated from McAuley High School in 2015 where she played four years on the varsity lacrosse team. During her four years she received Second Team All-Conference in the GGCL as a sophomore and was third in the GGCL in draw controls.
Kate played for Velocity going into her Senior year at McAuley and is incredibly grateful to Natalie Starvaggi-Lang for encouraging her and helping her reach the next level on the field.
