Team Overview

Graduation Year: 2022

Description:  A highly competitive  team in our boys club program consisting of the 2022 graduation year. Players will receive accelerated coaching through our college preparatory practices designed to rapidly advance skill sets and prepare them for the next level of lacrosse. Our unmatched training coupled with participating in the nation's leading lacrosse events, gives our athletes the platform to showcase in front of college coaches.

Tryouts:  This team is formed from an open tryout in September. Tryout registration will begin in August. Players selected from this tryout will travel the following summer. For current team availability please call 513-847-8491.

Coach Toomb graduated from Moeller High School in 2015 where he played four years of football and lacrosse. In his senior year at Moeller, he was selected as the school vice president. He finished his lacrosse career at Moeller with the most ground balls in school history. He was also named a US Lacrosse High School All-American in 2015.

He graduated from Robert Morris University in 2019 receiving a degree in Communications. While earning a degree, he also competed in  years of division one lacrosse. He was a three time All-Northeast Conference selection, and the first ever defensemen in school history to pick up over 200 ground balls. Along with this, he finished 4th in school history in caused turnovers.

Jack has always had a passion for growing the game of lacrosse, and has been a coach in the Cincinnati area since his Freshman year of high school. He plans on earning a Master’s degree next fall while participating as a graduate assistant coach at the college level.

Coach Nick Hornback graduated from Lakota West in 2008, where he played under Coach Dave Reed. During his high school career, he played midfield and eventually anchored the defense from the LSM position.
In 2016, Nick took over a 2-16 Oak Hills HS varsity program and led them to their highest playoff seedsin school history in back to back seasons while enjoying winning records. While at Oak Hills, Nick coached several all conference and all region players, helping many to earn scholarships to play at the collegiate level.
In 2019, Nick returned to Lakota West as a member of the varsity coaching staff. Although young, Lakota West enjoyed a very successful season.
Nick attended the University of Cincinnati where he played football and studied criminal justice. When not coaching, Nick is a police officer in Springfield Township, a suburb of Cincinnati. Nick has been in law enforcement for nearly ten years, serves in many roles in that capacity. Nick has been married to his wife, Emily, for three years.
